Acero Panama S.A., Republic of Panama: • Co-owner of a steel re-rolling mill producing reinforcing bars.
Fundidora Panama S.A., Republic of Panama: • Co-owner of a billet mill

Societe Togolaise de Siderurgie S.A., Togo: • Privatized the stateowned steel minimill producing reinforcing bars.
Societe Ivoirienne de Siderurgie S.A., Cote D’Ivoire: • Privatized the state owned steel re-rolling mill producing reinforcing bars.
Societe Beninoise de Siderurgie S.A., Benin: • Founded a plant producing galvanized, corrugated sheet steel.

Wood Products Factories

Green Tech Panels LLC, Louisiana: • Founder and Chairman of a greenfield plant plant producing particleboard and flooring material from recycled wastewood.
Acadia Board Company LLC, Louisiana: • Founded and constructed the first environmentally certified plant in the U.S. converting sugarcane “waste” into particleboard.

Publishing

Vision Inc., USA, Mexico, Brazil: • Co-owner and CFO of the pre-eminent Spanish language news magazine published and distributed throughout Latin America.; • Launched Vision Europe in partnership with Libraire Hachette, a major French publishing group.; • Published the Kompass Business Directory and four trade publications in Brazil.
Editorial Roble S.A., Mexico: • Acquired the largest educational book distributor in Latin America.

Trading

Steel Trader S.A., Togo: • Established a floating steel stocking center on a tug/barge which transported construction materials selling directly to customers in various West African ports.
InterMarket Ltd., Egypt: • Organized the first US/Egyptian trade fair in Cairo for major American manufacturers of laboratory and scientific equipment and developed counter trade transactions in association with the Swiss Schneider Group.
Multicom Ltd., USA: • Negotiated an exclusive distribution agreement with two Soviet trading companies to introduce contemporary Soviet art into the U.S. marketplace. The art works were exhibited and sold by major department stores.

Healthcare

EuroMedico S.A., France: • Co-founded a hospital supply company, which designed and supplied turnkey hospitals and medical clinics in the Middle East.

Real Estate

RESIDENTIAL

• Developed a number of luxury residences in Coral Gables, Miami, and Belgravia, London.

RESORTS

Sampson Cay, Ltd, The Exumas, Bahamas

• The original developer of this 44 acre island featuring a marina, rental villas and a club.

The Cotton Bay Club, Eleuthera, Bahamas

• Developed a master plan and conceptual design for the redevelopment of the Cotton Bay Club.
